David Bowie, my friends. As quoted in a fab website all about Max's Kansas City, the NYC home to the glam rock movement. Los Angeles may have boasted Rodney Bingenheimer's English Disco but New York had the Back Room at Max's. I discovered this fantasyland of yore in Vanity Fair, so I knew it must obvi be great.
